Recap of FBI: Most Wanted Season 3 Episode 9
We started Season 3 of FBI: Most Wanted with LaCroix and Barnes trapped with their families in a mall firefight. Initially considered to be two shooters, there is now a third, and they are approaching from all directions. With the aid of Hana on the phone, LaCroix and Barnes safeguard their families and several mall patrons. They lock them up, and LaCroix pairs up with retired cop Linwood, while Barnes is helped into the security room by LaCroix’s father, Byron.
Kristin, Ortiz, and Hana arrive at the mall’s entrance, which is lined with explosives. The sort of explosive that explodes the instant you touch it. To keep an eye on the families, LaCroix sets up a toy camera. One of the gunmen was taken out by LaCroix and Linwood. Someone has screwed up with the camera system, Hana and Barnes realized. This is an inside job, in other words. However, the old system’s components came in handy for turning on the cameras.
Hana was able to identify one of the alleged shooters thanks to the CCTV video. Ortiz brought his team to question this guy while Kristin worked with the explosives squad. The guy was deafeningly quiet and unconcerned about his companions. With the aid of Byron, Kristin planned to infiltrate through the roof. She was directing him on how to deal with the alarm on the roof’s entrance, and they were successful.
Later, LaCroix, Barnes, and Linwood rescued Barnes’ wife, Charlotte, who had gone into labor. The last surviving gunman was on his way to LaCroix’s family, but LaCroix and his squad arrived in time. Linwood resolved to commit himself in order to launch another bomb as far as possible into the graves. He, too, was fortunate to have lived. Barnes and Charlotte welcomed a newborn boy at the end of the episode.
