A man is accused of shooting a pistol at a business in the Town of Niagara.
On Friday, a man from the Town of Niagara was charged with discharging a firearm at a shop near Bellreng Drive in the town earlier that day.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, Ronald L. Baldwin, 26, was charged with felony reckless endangerment, misdemeanour unlawful discharge of a handgun, and municipal law guns forbidden.
Deputies and police from other agencies were sent to Bellreng Drive around 4:15 a.m., according to the sheriff’s office, to investigate a complaint of gunshots. Shots were fired at a closed firm at the time.
Baldwin was handed appearance tickets, which require him to appear in court at a later date, according to the sheriff’s office.
