LRPD: A second individual has been detained in connection with a fatal shooting on 7th Street.
LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas (CSU) — After a shooting on 7th Street on January 11 that left one person dead and two others wounded, Little Rock police have detained a second guy.
Cazzie Lytle was detained on Friday, according to authorities, and is now facing accusations of capital murder, first-degree violence, and two counts of terroristic act.
On Thursday, William Creasman was detained and charged with the same offences.
According to police, Rickey Bragg, 37, died as a consequence of the gunshot on East 7th Street, which also wounded two other people.
