Lincoln Man Arrested in Connection to Northeast Lincoln Homicide

According to the Lincoln Police Department, a guy in his 35th year who is suspected of having slain another man in his 48th year on Thursday in Northeast Lincoln has been taken into custody.

On Thursday, about 2:45 p.m., police were called to a home near 65th Street and Madison Avenue in response to a report of a fatality that had occurred there.

A witness and Joshua Larsen, who is from Lincoln, were present at the scene. As a result of the interviews that were conducted, Larsen was detained on suspicion of second-degree murder. The victim and Larsen had been involved in a romantic connection in the past.

As of Friday morning, the victim had not been identified in any way.
