The Masked Singer Australia 2022: Mirrorball Unmasked As The Winner Of Season 4

The Masked Singer Australia 2022 Mirrorball Unmasked As The Winner Of Season 4

In an unexpected turn of events, Dave Hughes finally recognised one of the masks, and it was the winner of this year: Mirrorball.

On Sunday night’s big finale, it was revealed that former Pussycat Dolls member Melody Thornton was the disco diva Mirrorball. After nearly dodging the judges’ deductions for the whole season, Hughesy correctly identified Melody after hearing Mel B speculate that Mirrorball might have been Nicole Scherzinger, a former bandmate.

Mirrorball performed one more great disco anthem while performing in the grand finale alongside Snapdragon and Rooster, demonstrating once again why she was the best performer.

The panel knew that soon the three final celebrities would be revealed, and one would be named the winner of this season of The Masked Singer Australia, so when our three daring finals walked the stage to perform Katy Perry’s “Firework,” the stage erupted with anticipation.

It all came down to Melody’s big reveal, much to the immense joy of the judges, who were celebrating an amazing victory and Hughesy’s first accurate prediction of the season after Rooster was revealed as Hugh Sheridan and Snapdragon as Sheldon Riley.

It was “just so amazing to just have lovely words and encouragement… to bring this character alive more and more,” Melody said of the panel’s frequent favourable input. It increased my sense of security.

As strange as it seems, Melody claimed that becoming Mirrorball helped her become closer to herself and helped her overcome previous self-doubt.

People are voting for you even though they are unaware that it is you, she said, so she needed to know whether some of the things she was telling herself were real.

You just want to make sure you’re still doing a good job, and yes, singing is something you do to encourage others to sing.
