Man Arrested For a Domestic Dispute in Bath

BATH, NEW YORK (CSU) – A guy was detained in Bath early Monday morning following a domestic quarrel.

Bernard Campbell, 29, of Warden Street in Bath, was arrested at 7:30 a.m., according to the Village of Bath Police Department. The Bath Police Department was called to the intersection of Warden and Hudson Streets for a violent altercation between a guy and a female.

Bernard Campbell was identified as the culprit throughout the inquiry and was involved in a domestic quarrel with the victim. Campbell was also found to have caused property damage in excess of $250.00.

Campbell was charged with 2nd Degree Harassment, a violation, and 3rd Degree Criminal Mischief, a Class E Felony. Campbell was processed and sent to the Steuben County Jail, where he was arraigned later that evening. Campbell was later released following his arraignment.
