EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (CSU) — A man in Effingham County has been in a hit-and-run with another driver. A man is in the hospital. Another driver ran away.
The man was struck by a car between 10 and 11 pm on Friday night. He went to the hospital. The man is in critical condition now.
