A man hauled unsympathetic from a vehicle that hit into a parked vehicle in the unincorporated Florence-Firestone area nearby Watts Sunday was the victim of assassination.

According to the information Bureau by the Deputy Tracy Koerner of the Sheriff, the crash was reported at 3:14 p.m. in the 9100 block of Holmes Avenue, near East 92nd Street.

It was observed by CHP officers and fire personnel a man, Hispanic ’40s, was driving the vehicle south on Holmes Avenue when he struck with a parked vehicle and was at present unresponsive, Koerner said. “He was removed by them from the vehicle and noticed that he was continuously suffering from a stab injury or gunshot to the top torso. The victim was marked dead at the scene.”

It’s showed that there was no murder weapon, and there was no suspicious description, he said.
