One Suspect Arrested, One Still at-Large in Fatal Shooting of 17-year-Old in Brownsville (1)

In the deadly shooting of a kid in Brownsville, one suspect has been apprehended, and another is still at large.

Tymetryon Dawun Knight, 18, is accused of murder and armed robbery. On Friday evening, he was arrested and taken to the Escambia County Jail.

Knight was sought for the killing of Broderick Moultrie, who was 17 years old at the time. Moultrie was discovered with gunshot wounds and shell casings surrounding his corpse early on December 9 outside of property between Baggett Court and North P Street.

Another suspect, Mekhi Montarious Lee, 16, is still sought in connection with Moultrie’s murder, according to the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office. He’s armed and dangerous, according to the authorities.
