Law Enforcement Investigates Two Crashes Overnight

OMAHA, Nebraska (CSU) –

Two crashes that occurred overnight are being investigated by law police.

A multiple-vehicle incident was first reported at 192nd and Harrison streets, prompting law officers to respond. Around 10 p.m. on Saturday, it happened.

Three persons were brought to the hospital for treatment. Two persons have significant injuries, and one has critical injuries, according to officials.

This case is currently being investigated.

Sergeant Sean Vest responded to a call outside one of the gates at Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue at 2:20 a.m.

Vest shared a photo of the incident on Twitter. A pickup truck looked to have collided with a concrete barrier and water-filled obstacles.

“When you’re drunk and driving and crash into an Air Force Base and leave on foot…#WeWillBeInTouch #BadDecision,” Vest wrote on Twitter.

Vest tweeted shortly after the driver returned for his pickup.

Two people who were friends and who were also drunk got arrested. One was driving the car, and the other one was in the passenger seat. They found a game called “Vest” on the console of the second driver’s car. Hopefully, they won’t play it again before they drive somewhere.
