STONINGTON, Maine (CSU) – Investigators are trying to find out what caused the crash that killed a Stonington man.
A crash happened just before 1. The Hancock County Sheriff’s Department said this. A 65-year-old man crashed into the back of a post office vehicle on Burnt Cove Road. Police said he was driving.
Turner’s car turned over and landed back on its wheels. The authorities say that Alan Turner died at the scene.
The woman from Castine who was driving the other car was taken to the scene for back pain.
