One Woman Dead in Beloit After Car Crashes Into Fire Engine

BELOIT (CSU) — A car crashed into a fire engine and killed one woman. According to the police, the crash happened on Saturday at 4. It was in Leeson Park.

Beloit fire officials say the fire truck was on the road with its lights on when it crashed. It had been driving to a call about an unresponsive person in a car at the park.

The driver tried to steal the car by driving away, but it crashed into the fire engine. Fire officials say that the woman, who was in the car, was slumped over before the crash.

The woman had to go to the hospital quickly. Then she died. The driver of the car, Marvin E. Flint, was arrested for driving a car while he was drunk.

The medical examiner is still investigating the person’s death.
