Western New York crime stoppers are now giving $25,000 to people who have information about the Angel Pacheco homicide.
Pacheco was shot and killed on October 19th at 4:00 pm on Water Street in Jamestown, New York.
Police think that the person who killed Pacheco might not be the only one involved in the crime. They believe that this person might have given away the weapon so they could not get caught.
