After a woman was discovered deceased at a residence in Jefferson County, a relative was arrested.
COLORADO’S JEFFERSON COUNTY According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, a man was detained after a lady was discovered deceased at a home in Jefferson County early Monday.
Deputies were called to a home on West 32nd Avenue near the intersection with Eldridge Street, east of Golden, around 8:35 a.m., according to deputies. Deputies reported that a woman had died as a result of her injuries.
The identity of the victim is yet unknown.
Michael Osse, 55, was named by investigators as the suspect. He is linked to the victim, according to deputies, but they did not explain how.
According to deputies, Osse drove the victim’s automobile to Colorado Springs, where he was approached by local law enforcement for suspicious activity. According to the sheriff’s office, he was apprehended by Jefferson County deputies on Monday afternoon and arrested on charges of second-degree murder.
