Prince Harry allegedly ordered Meghan Markle to forgo the Oscars so he wouldn’t cross-contact with Kristen Stewart.
The one who wants to forgo the Oscars, according to reports, is Prince Harry, not Meghan Markle.
The National Enquirer stated in its Jan. 10 issue that Prince Harry is the one who doesn’t want to run into Kristen Stewart at the awards show. Other tabloids, though, claim it’s the Duchess of Sussex.
Markle can fake it until she makes it with Stewart, according to a source, because she’s keen to attend the award shows. Prince Harry, on the other hand, believes that rather than faking it, they should just boycott the award event altogether.
“The Spencer actress has been lauded for her dark, frightening portrayal of Harry’s late mother, Princess Diana, and it has ruffled Harry’s feathers. “He’s horrified by the movie,” the person claimed.
According to the insider, Prince Harry and Markle have already been invited to all of the major events, including the Oscars. However, because they are aware that Stewart will be present, they believe it is best to gently decline the invitation.
“Meghan thinks they can just ignore Kristen or be polite for a few moments, but Harry isn’t a phony, and his nerves are still raw. He’s considering skipping the Oscars, but Meghan is desperate to return to the spotlight, according to the source.
This isn’t the first time Prince Harry and Markle have been linked to skipping the Oscars due to Stewart’s presence.
According to sources, the pair prefers to forgo the red-carpet event completely since they do not want to experience any anxiety.
However, Heat UK reported in October that Markle wants to attend all award presentations because she wants to be the red carpet queen.
“When Meghan Markle and Prince Harry went to the United States, they anticipated to be invited to all of the A-list events and to be treated like celebrities. But, obviously, due to lockdown, everything came to a halt, and Meghan became pregnant with Lilibet. “Now that the situation has cooled down, Meghan is eager to attend all of the key parties and events to which they have been invited and exhibit her Hollywood side,” the person stated.
The tabloid’s claims, on the other hand, should be regarded with a grain of salt. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have not received an invitation to the Oscars. Because they are not in the entertainment industry, they have no reason to go.
Markle made it clear when they left The Firm that she would not return to acting — at least not for the time being.
