PHOENIX — Some people said an alert was issued for an 87-year-old man in Mesa; the man was found safe. So the police canceled the alert.
Richard Ruelle has not been seen since 2 p.m. on Wednesday near Greenfield Road and Main Street when he was driving a truck with Arizona license plate CES2648 that is red and 2018.
Ruelle is sick. He has dementia and heart disease.
There is no other information about this at the moment.
