DC’s Superman & Lois series is still a popular way to depict the two legendary titular characters. The Man of Steel and his intrepid reporter wife Lois Lane are followed as they make their way around Smallville, Kansas, along with their two teenage sons. Tyler Hoechlin, a favourite of the audience, plays the Man of Steel, while Bitsie Tulloch plays Lois Lane.
In Season 1, the Super Family struggled with Tal-Rho, Clark’s long-lost half-brother, while in Season 2, Bizarro World made its debut.
It took until the very last seconds of the second season finale for John Diggle’s Multiversal doppelgänger to approach Steel, who was sitting at a diner and played by Wolé Parks (played again by David Ramsey.) After Diggle provided details about him, it appears that Bruno Mannheim will be the season’s main nemesis.

According to David Ramsey, an Arrowverse veteran and frequent DCTV director, who was present at the “Arrow Guests: Saving Star City” panel at DragonCon on Saturday, September 3, The Orville’s Chad L. Coleman has been cast as a key antagonist of Superman & Lois Season 3. Although the specifics of Coleman’s role are yet unknown, it is likely that he will portray Bruno Mannheim, the Intergang commander who was mentioned in the Season 2 finale of the programme.
Coleman is familiar with Washington, DC.
DCTV fans may remember Chad L. Coleman from the fifth season of Arrow, when he played Tobias Church for a total of four episodes in 2016.
Even if that specific aspect of this story is not yet definitively established, it appears inevitable that he will play Bruno Mannheim in Season 3 of Superman & Lois.
Mannheim is portrayed in the comic books as the Intergang gang’s brutal captor. Darkseid provided this particular group of thugs with highly advanced weapons from the planet Apokolips in his search for the Anti-Life Equation.
Unknown is how Superman & Lois will change Intergang. Despite not taking place in the Arrowverse and taking place on a different Earth, the programme has made an effort to be a touch more realistic than its DCTV sister programme. In light of this, it’s uncertain how “comic booky” Intergang truly turns out to be. Darkseid won’t be involved in any way, however the assumption may be a legitimate one.
The first two seasons of Superman & Lois are currently available on HBO Max, however the third season won’t premiere on The CW until 2023.
