We are given access to this stirring documentary about a betrayal through Untold Volume 2. No one will be surprised to learn that the sports betting sector generates billions of dollars annually, but is all of it legal? The genuine account of a crooked referee who placed bets on the games he was overseeing is what we are following here. He was officiating games that might have been rigged and fixed for his own benefit and financial gain. The two halves disagree on whether he did or did not. You can draw your own conclusions after seeing the entire hour and sixteen minutes, but there is no doubt that this is one of the NBA’s worst scandals.

There is video from the NBA games he was refereeing as well as NBA officials speaking about the controversy. I absolutely adored the elegance and swagger of this documentary, which captivated me right away and made me want to hear what everyone had to say. The interviews’ settings and soundtrack are subdued, which I particularly appreciate since it allows the spectator to concentrate fully on the subject and their tale without being distracted by anything in the background.
This documentary, which is at turns investigative, educational, and irritating, is definitely worth watching. Whether you like sports or not, you won’t be able to put this narrative down once you start reading. If you liked Crime and Penalties, you should definitely watch Flagrant Foul because they have similarities in the sometimes murky issues they cover.
