Creator of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Is Already Planning Season 2

Jessica Gao, the creator of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, recently disclosed that Season 2 has already been planned out.

In an interview with Collider, Gao—who also serves as the show’s chief writer and executive producer—discussed her intentions for a potential second season. Sincerity be damned, she admitted, “even when I pitched the programme, I already had a general concept of where I would like it to go for another season and what the premise would be.” “I had thoughts about where it would go from the start. However, coming from television, you should never watch a show in its first season anticipating a second. Create a season that feels like it’s delivering a complete story but keeps the door open because you have to prepare for the possibility that this might be the last episode. That’s how I went about doing it. There are many things from the first season that we simply couldn’t cover or had to be cut, and it would be wonderful for those things to be brought back to life.”

Gao has already talked about Jennifer Walters’ potential role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The show’s lead writer earlier hinted that She-story Hulk’s might eventually transcend television, stating she would be “shocked” if the character wasn’t started appearing in Marvel Studios’ motion pictures. She-Hulk, among the several big-screen characters created by Marvel Studios, was particularly well-suited for “team-up movies,” like the Avengers series, according to Gao.

Will She-Hulk Be a Part of the MCU Avengers?
In a recent interview, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law star Mark Ruffalo agreed with Gao’s thoughts, stating that “there won’t be another Avengers [feature] without [She-Hulk].” Ruffalo asserted that he has heard rumblings that this is actually the case when his co-star and She-Hulk actor Tatiana Maslany expressed amazement at his words. She-participation Hulk’s in the planned Avengers sequels Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars has not yet been confirmed by Marvel Studios, and at this time Maslany is not formally associated with either project.

Gao recently discussed Jennifer Walters’ background in addition to the present, despite the current attention being placed on her future as a superhero. She explained specifically why Jen’s origin narrative was changed to remove its underworld components for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. The revisions were made for a few reasons, according to Gao. “A mob hit was expressly avoided by the Marvel executives. It didn’t seem to fit with the show, which I believe is why.”

New episodes of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law are released every Thursday on Disney+.
