Campbell Crime Report for The Week of July 29

In the 1600 block of Whitwood Lane on July 10 at 6:25 a.m. During a dispute over infidelity, the suspect repeatedly beat the victim and swung a knife at them. The victim was clearly hurt.

A 25-year-old male was stopped after driving away from the site of a violent altercation in the 200 block of Orchard City Drive at 2:49 p.m. His DUI was discovered.

In the 900 block of Gale Drive at 5:18 PM: A 34-year-old man was approached by a strange-looking car. He was wanted on numerous felony warrants.

In the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard, at 7:45 p.m. A 60-year-old homeless man and a 33-year-old homeless lady were reported as unwanted. The individual was under the influence, in possession of meth and a pipe, and had a felony warrant out for his arrest. The woman had meth, a pipe, and was under the influence.

The 50 block of East Hamilton Avenue at 11:30 p.m. Unknown suspect broke into the company by force and took various things. Then (S) took off with the car.

The victim reported that his waggon had been stolen on July 11 over the course of the night in Campbell.

Cash was taken overnight from the 100 block of Calado Avenue.

A 54-year-old homeless man was discovered to be in possession of a meth pipe when he was approached at 1:32 pm in the 300 block of East Hamilton Avenue.

Someone took a catalytic converter over the course of the night in the 400 block of West Rincon Avenue.

10 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: The suspect yanked the victim’s cell phone out of their hand after an argument.

At 1:46 in the morning, someone tried to force open a storefront on the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue.

At 2:44 in the morning, a driver was pulled over for a vehicle code infraction and discovered to have an outstanding warrant.

July 14

Someone broke into a truck overnight in the 100 block of Gilman Avenue and took goods.

A automobile was taken overnight from the 3000 block of South Winchester Boulevard.

At 1:25 pm, a man, 36, was stopped for a traffic infraction on East Hamilton and Salmar avenues and discovered to be in possession of a controlled narcotic.

Three suspects were stealing from the building at 2:34 PM in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue, and the victim wanted charges to be filed. The use of controlled substances was discovered in two of them, and a felony warrant with no bail was found in the third.

July 15

Around Harrison Avenue and Civic Center Drive at 11:40 p.m., a 25-year-old man was pulled over for a moving infraction. He was discovered to have been driving under the influence of both drink and narcotics.

At 11:31 p.m., someone broke into a store and a shed in the backyard in the 1800 block of Hamilton Avenue.

A solo car accident involving a 31-year-old lady occurred at 2:54 in the morning in the 100 block of East Hamilton Avenue. She ran away after leaving her automobile. She was found at her house and acknowledged the collision.

Officers discovered a stolen Ford Fusion along Kamson Way and Dunster Drive at 7:06 in the morning on July 16. The car was taken away from the accident site.

A 34-year-old guy was stopped for a vehicle code infraction near Campbell Avenue and the San Tomas Expressway at 2:24 in the morning. He was detained after a DUI arrest was made.

A couple was fighting when the woman tried to smash a window to get into the man’s locked car in the 300 block of Budd Avenue at 6:50 in the morning on July 17. She cut herself in the process. She slumped on the ground after the man pushed her away from his car. He chose not to be charged with the vandalism.

At 11:32 a.m., a 38-year-old male was acting strangely inside a store in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue. Before he could depart with the goods, he was contacted. He was discovered to be using a controlled substance.

Two adult soccer teams got into a brawl in the 300 block of Budd Avenue. One victim of the battle was repeatedly kicked in the head and in the face with cleats, losing consciousness as a result. A second victim suffered repeated head and face kicks, lacerating his chin and top of his head in the process. Before the authorities arrived, the suspect team dispersed.

At noon, someone broke into the victim’s vehicle and grabbed her wallet, using it to make multiple purchases using the victim’s credit and debit cards.

8:10 p.m. in the 100 block of Echo Avenue: A 26-year-old man grabbed up the victim after an altercation and threw her to the bed.

4:11 a.m.: A window was smashed into a business in the 1400 block of White Oaks Road, and something was taken.
