4 Injured in Shooting in Downtown Grand Rapids, Police Say (1)

According to authorities, four people were shot in downtown Grand Rapids.

(CSU) – GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. A shooting in downtown Grand Rapids injured four individuals, according to police.

Between Ottawa and Monroe avenues, it happened on Pearl Street NW.

Several Grand Rapids police cruisers and at least one ambulance were seen by a News 8 crew on the scene. With crime scene tape, a section of Pearl Street was closed.

The circumstances of the incident are still unknown. The severity of the injuries was not immediately known by police.

A press announcement is expected soon, according to the police.
