Crime Fighters Who killed Angel Torres

CSU PHILADELPHIA) — Two guys were killed following a meeting of friends at an after-hours club in North Philadelphia. One of the men’s relatives has now made a request for help in locating his killer.

Angel Torres, who is 22 years old, has a passion for sports.

“One of our favorite things about him was how much he loved sports and how much he knew about them,” his aunt Donna Hernandez said. “All he had was a knack for the numbers.”

And it was sports that drove Torres out on Saturday, December 4, 2021, and into Sunday, December 5, 2021. He had gone out the night before to watch a bunch of college basketball, and then he went out with buddies. They were in a late-night bar, “she stated

The club was located on North Front Street in the 3200 blocks. Gunfire was reported shortly before 4:30 a.m., and police were dispatched.

“When they got outside, someone drove up to the corner and started shooting with an automatic weapon,” Hernandez explained.

Torres and Brian Madera, 22, were slain. A third person was hurt.

Images of the accused suspect’s vehicle were captured by a camera.

“It’s either a dark blue or a greenish-blue SUV. It featured a broken tail light on the left rear side, as well as a tire on the back of it that was not covered by the wheel “she stated

The windows were darkly tinted throughout the car.

The city of Philadelphia is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for the person responsible’s arrest and conviction.

Simply dial 215-546-TIPS to contact the Citizens Crime Commission.

All calls will be kept private.

“He’ll never be a statistic; as you know, we mourn him every day, and it’s difficult to grieve when you don’t have answers.”
