Two Arrested After Armed Robbery at Subway in Pittsfield (1)

PITTSFIELD, Mass. Two Pittsfield residents were accused of an armed robbery Tuesday morning.

According to Pittsfield Police Lt. Jeffrey Bradford, officers were dispatched to 179 South Street for a robbery incident at 6:43 p.m. Employees said a man and woman left after demanding an undisclosed sum of money.

Officers observed two persons being picked up by a car near Subway. In the meantime, cops gathered evidence and analyzed video surveillance. Patrick Latini, 25, and Talia Sistrunk, 23, both of Pittsfield, were charged with armed robbery.

They are being held on $25,000 bail and will be arraigned Wednesday in Pittsfield. No one was hurt.
