'Yellowstone' Fans, Brace Yourselves for a Major Change to Season 5

Fans of Yellowstone have been waiting months for news of season four and speculating on when it could return, but that does not seem to be the case with season five! We’ll find out what happens next at the Dutton family property in no time.

Several announcements were made by Paramount concerning the ever-expanding Dutton world. Taylor Sheridan, the creator of Yellowstone, has joined the team to continue the story. More episodes of the 1883 prequel are in the works, as is a brand-new offshoot called 1932, as well as ideas for a new 6666 programme. Of course, fans of the series are devoted to the first season and anxious to learn more about the next season.

Season five will arrive sooner than predicted, and it will have more episodes than any of the previous four seasons. “The show’s fifth season will be divided into two parts of seven episodes apiece and used to launch numerous new streaming projects from co-creator Taylor Sheridan,” according to The Wall Street Journal. The first four seasons contained nine to ten episodes apiece thus the rise to fourteen is significant. Rip, Beth, John, and Kayce, that’s a lot more!

1883 was launched by Paramount with the help of Yellowstone, with the first two episodes running on the Paramount Network following fresh episodes of Yellowstone. The series was then relocated to Paramount+, a streaming service. A similar strategy seems to be in effect for Taylor Sheridan’s other programmes.
Sylvester Stallone plays a notorious gangster in another programme, Tulsa King. “The Paramount+ Series will launch this summer during the projected first half of Yellowstone season 5,” according to the Wall Street Journal. “More 1883 is scheduled to emerge on Paramount+ in the autumn, followed by the second part of Yellowstone season 5,” says the press release. “The remaining seven episodes will broadcast later in 2022, along with additional episodes of 1883.”

Whew! Fans of the Yellowstone world have a lot to look forward to.
