The Justice Society and Doctor Fate have been glimpsed in the latest video from the forthcoming DC program Black Adam. The DC Extended Universe will have its busiest year yet this year, with several theatrical releases. Matt Reeves’ The Batman will be released in theatres and other DC films such as Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom and Black Adam. Fans of the DC Extended Universe will be anticipating Dwayne Johnson’s debut appearance in Black Adam with bated breath. For more than a decade, the character of The Rock’s nemesis has been in the works. His first role in a major motion picture was as a villain in Shazam! However, Warner Bros. and DC have opted to put him in the lead part of this standalone initiative instead of using another actor.
What Do We Learn from This Footage?
At the DC FanDome event in 2021, we saw the first preview for Black Adam. As a teaser, it gave us a glimpse into the character’s backstory and the circumstances that led to his being revived in the present day. The Justice Society of America was not shown in the teaser, even though they would play a significant role in the film. Yes, Black Adam will introduce a new group of superheroes in the movie. Comical figures like Atom Smasher, Hawkman, Doctor Fate, and Cyclone will all be part of the gang. As far as story elements go, we don’t know how people will be introduced in Black Adam, but it appears that their entrance will play a significant role in the movie.
Black Adam’s new teaser clip has given us a firsthand glimpse at the flick. The trailer for the upcoming wave of DCEU movies in 2022 gives us a peek at Black Adam’s origins and role as the savior of Kahndaq’s mythical kingdom. Also, his son’s part is shown in the teaser. Most excitingly, the DCEU’s comedic squad Justice Society made its debut appearance in this teaser.
How will the Justice League of America make its entrance into the public eye?
When we saw Black Adam’s tape, we saw the Justice Society crew in a way we’d never seen them before. We’ve only seen a few seconds of the actors, but what we’ve seen so far gives us a good indication of how they’ll come across in the film. There are just a few months left till the premiere of Black Adam on the big screen. Our enthusiasm has just been ratcheted up by the footage we’ve already seen. We all know that Dwayne Johnson is one of the best actors in the business, but we still don’t understand why his character is getting a standalone project and how his role relates to the DCEU’s human resources. The only thing we know for sure is that Black Adam and the Justice Society of America will feature prominently in this film.
