Windsor Man Charged After Rash of Property Crimes in Lakeshore

After a spree of property offenses in Lakeshore, a Windsor man has been accused.

WINDSOR, ONTARIO—(BUSINESS W After a string of property offenses in Lakeshore, a 29-year-old Windsor man is facing charges.

An investigation into a spate of property crimes and stolen automobiles in Lakeshore has been completed by members of the OPP’s Lakeshore Detachment and the Essex County OPP Street Crime Unit (CSCU).

Officers were sent to an address on Monarch Meadows in Lakeshore at 4:54 a.m. on Wednesday after a homeowner reported their pickup vehicle had been taken from their driveway.

Several allegations of property thefts were received by police during the stolen vehicle investigation in the vicinity of Old Tecumseh Road between Wallace Line Road and East Pike Creek Road in Lakeshore.

Later that day, Windsor police patrol officers discovered the stolen car in the Windsor area and detained the man without incident.

The following changes have been leveled against the Windsor man in connection with seven incidents:
