1 Dead After Crash on N.J. Highway, Police say

Today in Hunterdon County, someone died, and the police said it was a crash.

Few details were shared about the car wreck that happened on Route 31 southbound at 12:40 p.m. today in East Amwell, authorities said.

A police officer, Trooper Brandi Slota, confirmed that one person was killed. She said the state police were investigating.

The highway was closed at around 2 p.m. You cannot drive on the highway between Rocktown Road and John Ringo Road.
