PITTSBURGH, PA — Six months ago, three people died after a car slammed into the Manchester plasma donation center. An investigation has concluded that it was intentional.
The Police Collision Investigation Unit and the County Medical Examiner’s Office determined that the collision on June 12 happened at Biomat USA.
The person driving the car, Ronald Morgan, died because of his burns and inhaling smoke. It is a suicide. A crash killed two people at a plasma center: Parveena Begum Abdul, 55, and Laura Elaine Meneskie, 35. Their death was determined to be a homicide. Morgan died in the crash, so he cannot be charged in the case.
