Motorcyclist Dead After Crash in Northeast Aurora

AURORA, Colo. — A motorcycle rider died when he crashed into a car in Aurora.

Police officers came to the area of E. 6th Avenue and N. Harvest Road after they got a report of a crash between a motorcycle and a silver Jeep.

The 70-year-old man was not awake when the police arrived. This means he died before the police could help him. The driver of the Jeep got out and stayed near the accident. The driver is being helpful to the police.

The Aurora Police Traffic Section will investigate if alcohol, drugs, or speed were a factor in the crash. The coroner will release the motorcycle driver’s name once he identifies him and notifies his family.

This crime has not been solved. The investigation is still going on.
