The Cincinnati Police Department says that a man was injured outside an IHOP in Oakley after he was shot.
Police came to a place where someone fired bullets. They came at 7:46 p.m. After an officer arrived at the scene, a vehicle left and went to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
The police said a man inside the car got a non-serious hurt.
District 2 police are investigating an incident. They said they could not tell us more at this time.
