Alcohol, Speed May Be Factored in The Crash That Killed Otsego County Teen

OTSEGO COUNTY, Mich., (CSU World Record) — A teenager is dead after a car crash in Otsego County. Police were called to the crash on Whitmarsh Road near Cherwinski Road around 7:10 p.m. Wednesday, and they arrived around 7:30 p.m.

The 19-year-old victim was in his car when he tried to turn in the street. He crossed the line and crashed into another car. The Vanderbilt driver drove the car into the ditch. They lost control, and it flipped over.

He was taken to the hospital. Later, he died there.

At this time, we think that alcohol and speed were factors in the crash.
