Two Shootings Mark The Start of Thanksgiving Holiday in Pittsburgh Area (1)

Yesterday, a man died who was 58 years old after he was shot in Wilkinsburg. There were two shootings yesterday that started the Thanksgiving holiday.

One person was shot. They died at the hospital. This happened in North Avenue, 500 blocks, at 1 am.  No other details were given. Police in Allegheny County are investigating.

Separately, an unknown age male was in stable condition at a hospital after being shot in the 7200 block of Race Street in Homewood, about a mile from the shooting in Wilkinsburg four hours earlier. Pittsburgh Police were investigating.
