PHILADELPHIA – At least one person died because there was a fire in the Tioga section of the city. A fire started on the 3600 block of North 21st Street. This is a few blocks away from another fire that happened a few weeks ago.
The victim of the crime is still unknown. No other people were hurt.
The cause of the fire is still being looked into.
