TOLEDO, Ohio — The attached video was made in November of 2021. A teenager is dead. The suspect ran away and is still in Toledo. It happened at a busy place called central Toledo. There was an event that happened in the 700 block of Woodland near Ewing.
According to the detectives on the scene, a teenager was sitting in a silver car when another car drove up next to it. The other car opened fire. A male teen was hit and then rushed to the hospital. He later died from his injuries. Detectives say that someone was in a black SUV, and they quickly left the scene.
A second teenager was not injured inside the Volkswagen. When someone got shot, friends and family came. They tried to find out what had happened, but they couldn’t.
