2 Dead in Hendersonville Shooting

HENDERSONSONVILLE, N.C. (CSU) – Two people died last night because of a shooting in Hendersonville. The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office said that this is true.

The shooting happened at 39 Beaumont Drive in Hendersonville around 9:32 p.m. Sunday night, according to the sheriff’s office.

Deputies said when they arrived, they found 2 people who had been shot dead. A person is in custody.

An investigation says that the shooting was a result of a domestic disturbance. The sheriff said that it seemed to be an isolated incident, and they don’t think there is any threat to the community.

The investigation is still going on.
