Probe Underway After Teenage Boy Is Wounded In Shooting In Oxnard

OXNARD (CSU) — Authorities are figuring out the circumstances surrounding a shooting in Oxnard that sent a teenage boy to the hospital.

A shooting was reported at 11 p.m. on Sunday night in the 2400 block of Alvarado Street. The victim was shot where the body is above the legs. He got in a car and went to the hospital.

The person who was injured is now stable.

The incident is being investigated.
