FLIPFLOPs wrote and drew the Japanese manga Anime series Darwin’s Game. Studio Nexus aired an anime television series adaptation of it called “Chivalry of a Failed Knight.” From January 3 to March 20, 2020.
Darwin’s Game Season 2 Release Date
FLIPFLOPS first started the series in Akita Shoten’s manga magazineBessatsu Shnen Champion. The first issue came out on December 12, 2012. As of December 8, 2020, there are 22 volumes of the series so far. On January 11, 2020, FLIPFLOPS has just started his last arc for this series.
Studio Nexus has not talked about any other anime projects for 2020 or 2021. If the first season is successful, they might start making a second one soon.
The anime “Btooom!” left people waiting for the manga to be finished. Let’s hope that doesn’t happen to Darwin’s gaming season.
The release date for Season two of Darwin’s Game is not yet known. We should know by the end of this year, and it will be out by Winter 2022.
FLIPFLOPS or Studio Nexus, the Makers of the series, have not yet announced a release date.
Darwin’s Game Manga is Ending Soon
Bessatsu Shonen Champion magazine said that the “last event” started in volume 22.
In the next few days, the end of a manga called “Darwin’s Game” will come. The final chapter has not been released yet, but it has been said that this is the last story arc.
What to Expect From Season 2
The end of Episode 11 on Darwin’s Game matched up with Chapter 30 in Volume 8.
However, the final scenes in the anime only showed how the Sunset Ravens banned D-Games.
Season 1 of the TV show Darwin’s Game does not cover the Police Investigation Sub-plot. It is possible that Season 2 will bring it back to the forefront once the matter is escalated.
Cast, Characters, and Staff of Darwin’s Game Season 2
- Sudou Kaname is a high schooler who becomes the chief of the Sunset Raven clan.
- Karino Shuka is a character in Darwin’s Game. He is also a member of Sunset Ravens.
- Liu Xuelan is a Clan member of the Sunset Ravens and an assassin. She is strong because she is the top-ranked player in Japan.
- Oboro is a man who works for the Game Master. He was abducted and interrogated by the Sunset Ravens, and he joined them afterward.
- Kashiwagi Rein, better known as Rain the Detail Broker, is a character in the story and a member of the Sunset Ravens.
- Sui is a member of the Sunset Ravens. She has two spirits inside her body. They are Sui and Souta. If they need to change bodies, they can do that too!
- Sunset Ravens has Inukai as a member. He was with Danjou Boxing Club until he was dismissed for challenging an alliance member of Sudou Kaname.
