A person who committed murder has been issued a warrant by the Midland County Sheriff’s Office.
Someone, Sergio Antonio Cerna, 37, was arrested for something else. When they were in jail because of the other thing, someone died. On November 2, at 5:45 p.m., deputies went to Farm-to-Market Road 1213 in reference to a fire. The police found Armenta’s body on fire.
The investigation is still happening.
