MERIDIAN, Miss. (CSU) -There was a car crash on I-20 in Lauderdale county. An 8-year-old died after the crash.
The Mississippi Highway Patrol has released an official statement.
On November 14th, 3:07 p.m., the Mississippi Highway Patrol responded to a three-vehicle crash on I-20 in Lauderdale County, where a Lexus R35 was hit by the back of a Kenworth T680. Mrs. Thompson got hurt very badly and was airlifted to UMMC in Jackson. A male in an eight-year-old Lexus died in a crash. There were no other injuries reported.
This accident is still being investigated by MHP.
