The Rookie Season 4 Episode 6 Recap
Episode six starts with a man digging for treasure in the middle of the park. He finds gold and everyone goes to find it. Then, Lucy finds out that there was a murder and someone stabs a woman with a hatchet.
Nolan makes Thorsten his new campaign manager. Grey wants Bradford to convince Jerry to retire, but he does not want to disappoint him. So Bradford takes Jerry on a ride and tries to tell him along the way. They visit Stuart, the author of the treasure hunter, who has now caused chaos in this city. He got arrested years ago and has been forced to stay in prison ever since, even though he is sick with cancer of the pancreas!
A treasure hunt is when someone hides an object and tells people to find it. One of the clues led them to a conservatory where they met a man who blew up himself with dynamite. They also found Jerry’s daughter Ashley there, and Nolan met Bailey again when they were investigating for arson. The culprit was Fred, as he set his property on fire and hid evidence in it.
The rest of the clues led us to Fred’s office. Bailey found items that belonged to the person who was murdered by one of the treasure seekers. But when they went into his house, it blew up. They had to arrest him, even though they didn’t find any evidence against him. Bradford asked Ashley out, and she said yes because Jerry decided to retire after he convinced him not to do anything else dangerous anymore.
