Winkler County — Oscar Soto was 27 years old when he died in a car crash. The incident happened 13 miles away from Kermit.
During the first investigation, it was found that Soto was driving on Highway 302 going west. Meanwhile, Sergio Flores from Kermit was driving east on Highway 302.
Soto drove into the lane of traffic on the other side. He crashed into Flores’ car. Flores did not have any injuries.
It is still being investigated.
