Netflix’s original show Gentefied is back with season 2. The creators are Marvin Lemus and Linda Yvette Chávez, and the executive producer is America Ferrera. It ranks as one of the best new shows this year.
This series is about three cousins and their grandfather who have a taco shop in East Los Angeles. They have to face trouble when Pop faces deportation. The cousins also have to make hard choices in their lives.
Again, in this season of Gentefied, there is comedy and stories that are about Latinx families. America Ferrera was the Emmy winner for this show, but she also puts herself in front of the camera.

Is America Ferrera in Gentefied season 2?
America Ferrera made an appearance on an episode of Gentefied. America Ferrera did not have a big part in the show. You can forget about her because there are other things happening.
In the second season, Ferrera does not play her cameo role. We would have liked to see her again in the second season with these great characters.
Maybe Andy Cruz will come back in future episodes of Gentefied season 3. This could happen if she becomes like Tina Fey, who played different characters on Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.
