Season 2 of The Rising of the Shield Hero was scheduled to come out in October 2021, but it has been delayed. The reason is not clear. It may be because there are problems with production in Japan because of an illness.
In the future, there will be updates. The trailer showed what happens after Glass and Naofumi’s fight. They need to fight each other. Why do they need to fight? What are these monster waves? And why do they want to kill the four heroes? Naofumi will try to find out for himself what is really going on with these monsters and answer those questions for himself. Watch the trailer below!
In 2022, Masato Jinbo will direct The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 2. He shared that Japanese protagonists Naofumi Iwatani, Raphtalia, and Filo will work together to save the world and unravel the secrets about the Waves.
