Hudson Falls Man Gets Probation After Pleading Guilty to Grand Larceny

FORT EDWARD — A man in Hudson Falls was sentenced to four years of probation. He admitted that he tried to buy a car by using the wrong way.

James Friday, 24, was arrested on March 4 after an investigation by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. The investigators found that Friday had paid for a car with money he stole.

The incident happened on February 19, and the police did not say how it was fraudulent.

On October 29, Friday pleaded guilty in Washington County Court to a felony of third-degree grand larceny.
