Musical Instruments Stolen From Kitchener High School

A man from Kitchener is facing charges for stealing some instruments and tools from a local high school.

On Halloween night at 11:15 p.m., police responded to a break-in at Cameron Heights Collegiate Institute.

The police said that multiple instruments were stolen. The thieves took tools from the woodshop too.

A 40-year-old Kitchener man was arrested and charged with break and entering, trafficking stolen property, and obstructing police. The investigation is still going on.

The police are asking anyone who bought a flute or saxophone on an online buy and sold site between October 31st and November 2nd to contact them. You can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 with any information about this case.
