Bull Season 6 Episode 4 Recap

In this episode, Bull’s team tackles a lawsuit for a company that makes vaping products. This company is not giving the people who have hurt in the process a settlement they are happy with, so Bull needs to convince them to change it. Marissa realizes that their company is in debt, and so if they get five percent of the winnings from this lawsuit, they need to convince the other company to change what it has offered as a settlement.

Until that point, Bull was using his savings to run the company. One of the people who are suing is a woman. She almost ended the lawsuit, but then Bull talks about how hard it would be to hire a new lawyer and pay for them too. The woman gives him another chance, and they find an old lawyer from their company who is willing to testify against them in court.

As it turns out, Bull is just one jury vote away from winning the trial. One of their jurors gets injured, and his replacement is someone who doesn’t like them. Dennis LaBrie, their witness, takes the stand, and he has a record for drugs. This can be a good thing because it brings up another point: one about the company using chargers without permission.

The company claims that they have warned their consumers of the dangers of using unauthorized chargers. That is why they are not responsible for what happened to Smokestack. But it is not true. They never said that the vapes would explode when you use unauthorized equipment, so now Smokestack will pay 145 million dollars in a lawsuit with class members. But Bull gets arrested for jury tampering, so he might go to prison soon.
