We did a big thing in the season 3 finale of What We Do in the Shadows. It will have an effect on future things. This is based on a movie from 2014 called What We Do in the Shadows by Taika Waititi and Jermaine Clement. The show started airing on FX in 2019. The show is about a group of roommates who are vampires. They live on Staten Island. It is an interesting show because it has vampires and humans in it. The story takes place in the modern world, which is fun to watch. The series has been well received by critics. The third season has a 100% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and the fourth season was ordered before the third even aired!
What We Do in the Shadows is over for now. A new season will come out another time. The last episode was about Nandor and Nadja. They are leaving for new adventures! Laszlo tells her he will go too, but then he tricks Guillermo and locks him in his coffin so that he can’t go with Nadja. Later, after she gets mad at Laszlo for not coming with her, Laszlo explains why in a letter to her. And that was because he found out a baby with his face had come out of Colin’s dead body, so he needed to be in Staten Island.

In this interview with Deadline, What We Do in the Shadows EP, Paul Simms says that people shouldn’t expect to see baby Colin Robinson as an adult again. In season 4, he will mature and do things differently from how adults would.
“I will say that he is a baby. We are not going to rip people off by making them pay more when they know that he is just a kid. Almost all of Season 4 is about him growing up and understanding what it means to be a child.”
Fans are expecting Colin Robinson to transform into an energy vampire eventually, but that is not necessarily the case. In What We Do in the Shadows season 4, there is a conundrum about “nature vs. nurture.” Now Laszlo is in charge of parenting and will try to raise the baby “into a different creature than what he was.” It is possible that the new Colin could avoid his fate. He might become more interesting. But we won’t know for sure until season 4 of the show starts.
Some people might not agree, but if the movie What We Do in the Shadows had done a fake-out with Colin’s death, it would have been bad. The decision to kill off the vampire was bold and unpredictable, but when you think about it, that choice made sense and added new energy into the series. No one expected a mean, angry Laszlo would end up taking care of the annoying Colin Robinson in baby form. But this happened in What We Do in the Shadows. And as the plot unravels, it will be funny.
